How to get to Fiji
Fiji Airways, Virgin Australia, Jetstar, Qantas and Air New Zealand
currently have flights to Nadi. There are onward connections to Suva,
or it is a five hour drive.
Pandemic Requirements
Note that travellers to Fiji are subject to a COVID-19 rapid
antigen test within the 72 hours following their arrival. Tests must be
pre-booked at https://entrytestfiji.com
and proof of booking must be provided at checkin prior to flying
to Fiji. This does not apply to passengers under 12 years of
age. Nor does it apply to those who have had a positive COVID
test within the last 30 days; passengers in this case must either
show proof of isolation served in an insitution or have a letter
issued by a health authority stating fitness for travel.
We suggest that overseas participants pre-book their COVID-19
rapid antigen test to be done well before the conference starts
at 9am on Monday morning.
Travellers to Fiji must also have travel insurance covering
COVID-19 expenses (travel insurances with COVID cover have an
accompany letter stating as much), and present a valid vaccination
certificate that complies with Fiji's requirements.
More information is listed in Fiji's Entry
Conditions.
Participants are also strongly advised to wear masks at all times
apart from when eating or drinking. While there is no Fiji
Government mandate to wear masks, COVID variants are ever present,
and PacNOG would like to ensure the health and well-being of all
participants for the duration of PacNOG 30.
